App Privacy Policy

Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the Answers to the ACS iOS application (the “App”) operated by Mojsak Aero LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). For questions or requests, contact support@answerstotheacs.com.

Summary

  • We collect only what’s needed to operate the App, verify purchases, measure usage in aggregate, and provide support.
  • We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral/targeted advertising.
  • All payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your card details.

Information we collect in the App

1) Purchase & access data

What: Apple in‑app purchase receipt data and subscription status (active/expired, product tier).
Why: To verify purchases, unlock content, restore access, and prevent fraud.
Source: Apple App Store / StoreKit APIs.
We do not receive or store your credit/debit card number.

2) App analytics (measurement only)

What: Aggregated usage metrics (e.g., screens viewed, session counts, device/OS, app version, approximate region).
Why: To understand feature adoption and improve stability and performance.
Provider: Apple App Analytics and/or an analytics provider (no ads).
Controls: You can limit Analytics sharing in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security).

3) Diagnostics / crash data

What: Crash logs and performance diagnostics (e.g., stack traces, device/OS, app version).
Why: To fix bugs and improve reliability.
Provider: Apple (if you opt in to share) and/or a crash reporting provider.

4) Support communications

What: Your email address and the content of your message when you contact us.
Why: To respond and provide support.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information in the App.

How we use information

  • Verify purchases/subscriptions and provide access.
  • Operate, protect, and improve the App (including debugging, analytics, and fraud prevention).
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit records related to transactions).

Payments & subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive receipt/transaction metadata to validate access. We do not receive or store your credit/debit card numbers.

Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral/targeted advertising. We disclose data to service providers only as needed to operate the App and under contracts that restrict their use:

  • Apple — App Store transactions and analytics.
  • Analytics provider — usage measurement (aggregated, no ads).
  • Crash reporting provider — diagnostics/crash logs.
  • Email provider — handling support emails.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention

  • Receipt/transaction data: kept as needed to provide access and comply with tax/audit requirements.
  • Analytics: up to 14 months (subject to provider settings).
  • Crash logs: for the duration needed to investigate and improve stability.
  • Support emails: up to 24 months to maintain context for ongoing issues.

We may retain information longer where necessary to comply with law or defend legal rights.

Your choices and rights

  • iOS privacy controls: manage analytics sharing and system diagnostics in Settings > Privacy & Security.
  • Access / deletion / correction (U.S. state laws, including California): email support@answerstotheacs.com with the subject “Privacy Request (App)”. We will verify using the email you control and respond within legal timelines.
  • Tracking: we do not track you across apps and websites for advertising.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact support@answerstotheacs.com so we can delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data (encrypted transport, limited access, reputable providers). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

International users

We are based in the United States. App data may be processed in the U.S. by our service providers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our App evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date and post changes here. Material changes will be highlighted.
